Days 12 & 13

June 22nd and 23rd 2017

Some of my notes as I relisten to the voxer messages from these days:

~"Let the Peace of God rule in your heart"

~"Let Peace call the calls"

-don't be double-minded or base your decisions on your flesh/emotions

~Let Him recall what needs to be pulled.

~Every decision the Lord makes is to protect us. TRUST HIM.

"Go in confidence and grace - not rushing, no frantic escape. There is no need to be anxious- the Eternal One goes before and behind you. The God of Israel paves the way with assurance and strength. He watches your back."

"And when He brings out His own sheep, He goes before them; and the sheep follow." John 10:4

There was so much going on behind the scenes: the aftermath of losing a home and decisions to be made about how to move forward-the list was long. All things I wished to put in a box and deal with on another day. Everything seemed so meaningless, outside of simply being alive. The things that once mattered no longer held my attention. I was made aware of how caught up we become in "things and stuff"....things that at the end of our lives, don't matter. Life, breath, conversation, eye contact, laughter, touch, these were the only things I desired. Things that matter.

As much as I wished to, I couldn't ignore the other pressing matters at the time. It was a blessing to have people behind me, interceding and bringing me wisdom and guidance through this uncharted terrain. The Lord knew exactly what He was doing, and who He had in my life at the time, to provide all that I needed.

He did it then...so He will do it again.
